Are you investing in one of our villas to purely enjoy the attractive benefits of rental income?

We have extensive knowledge of the local market and can handle it for you, so you can spend your time and energy on other things.

We charge a percentage of the income per month to do all the work, the rest will be transferred to you at the end of each month.

VISA SERVICE

Are you looking to stay in Thailand for a while and enjoy your new villa? We can help you navigate the Visa requirements with ease and safety.

By choosing this service, we will lead you through the whole process from beginning to end. Our own agent will provide everything you need and take you to the immigration office to make sure everything is handled correctly.

This is a one-time setup and price is per person.

POOL MAINTENANCE

By using our pool maintenance service, we will schedule the complete service two times per month.

The service person will clean everything and inspect the pool and pump system to make sure everything is in order.

When the work is complete, it will be logged by date and signed on a table in the pool pump room.

GARDENING SERVICE

Our gardener can take care of the grass and plants in your outdoor area whenever you need it.

All organic waste will be removed after the work is finished.

If you wish to add new plants to your property, please notify us well in advance. Depending of what you are looking for, this may come at an additional cost.
