Land Purchase

Finding a good property is the first step of our process. We have secured ownership to a number of great properties in key locations where we see the best potential. By watching the real estate market here for the past 20 years, as well as good contact with the local government, we have valueable knowledge about up-and-coming areas.

Architectural Design

We create our own unique designs before we send it over to our professional architect to finalize everything. This is important to complete so we know exactly how to prepare the soil on the land.

Ground Work

By knowing sizes and designs, we remove all vegetation and excavate or fill soil where its needed. We use heavy machinery to make it compact and let it settle for up to a year so its ready to be built on.

Soil Testing

We always do proper testing of the ground strength so our engineers know how deep our footings and foundations got to be. When the calculations are established, we move on to excavate all areas where footings will be placed.

Footings

Footings are a slab of concrete and pillar reinforced with thick rebar that goes as deep as needed according to the soil tests. This is supporting the weight of the building and keeping it stable.

Foundation

The foundations are connected to the pillars on the footing and is what is supporting the floor.

Slab

The slab is poured on the foundation and will act as the foundation for the whole house.

Interior Forms

Walls are built by using light concrete blocks which are skimmed to make a nice finish.

Pool Construction

The pool area is excavated and built according to design.

Interior and Exterior Finishing

All interior and exterior are finished.

Landscaping

When the main exterior work is finished and the land is cleaned of materials, we work the garden and common areas and plant vegetation, flowers and so on.

Furniture

When the interior work is finished we go ahead and buy all furniture as per agreement, unless the customers want to do thispart themselves.

Interior Design

We do interior design as a last process if wanted by the customers. We can offer many solutions and a variety of products.
